Accommodation
To accommodate delegates, we offer a range of registration options with or without hotel packages at the ARCOTEL Wimberger Wien. Multiple packages with 3, 4, 5 or 6-night stays are available with group discounts, ensuring comfort and convenience for all participants. Hotel packages are available until 19 January via the registration platform. Please consider that Vienna is quite busy in summertime, so make sure you book in advance!
All prices are per person and include the participation fee!
What’s included in your Hotel Package?
- the participation fee and all amenities connected to it
- Access to the entire conference program
- Three dinners (refer to the agenda for details)
- Lunch on conference days and coffee breaks
- Exclusive conference merchandise (pre-order available in early 2025)
Please note: Travel arrangements are not included in the registration fee and have to be arranged by the delegation.
What are the price options?

- Please book your Hotel Package via your Head of Delegation until 19/01/2025.
- Offer is subject to availability.
- Please be aware that triple rooms are usually offered to families and can offer a difference in comfort due to the extra bed/foldable bed in comparison to double rooms.
