Delegates may be joined by accompanying persons. Please ensure that all accompanying individuals are registered accordingly, and note that they will not have access to Conference sessions or decision-making spaces.

Package deals

A daily rate is available for participants attending only part of the Conference. This includes access to the programme, meals, and coffee breaks for the selected day(s). Please find below the detailed information about the daily fees:

Note: For participation of 3 or 4 days, the full Conference fee applies.

Option 1: Meal package

Includes all meals at the hotel as per the Conference programme. (Public transport not included)

EUR 74/person per day

Option 2: Programme package

Covers the evening programme as per the Conference programme. (Public transport not included)

EUR 20/person per day

Option 3: Day package

Includes full Conference participation for the selected day(s), all meals at the hotel, and the evening programme. (Public transport not included)

EUR 160 for 1 day per person / EUR 320 for 2 days per person
