Exhibition spaces

We invite delegations and partner organisations to express interest in hosting a display or exhibition during the Conference. Due to space limitations, interested organisations will be provided with an exhibition space for two days and then alternate, giving the chance for more content to be displayed during the whole duration of the Conference.

Receptions

Delegations wishing to host a reception during the Conference (e.g., national evening, celebration, etc.) are welcome to express their interest. Space and time slots are limited, so early applications are encouraged. The hotel will manage the receptions. Express your interest here.
