You’ll get a clear overview of how the Conference works, what to expect, and how you can actively participate. It’s also a great opportunity to connect with other first-time delegates and start building your network within the European Scout community.
In this session, we will formally open the European Scout Conference, set the quorum through a roll call, and appoint its officials (Co-Chairs, Resolutions Committee, and Tellers).
We will review the Code of Conduct and the Safe from Harm procedures.

This plenary session also includes presentations on the 26th World Scout Jamboree (Poland) and the 44th World Scout Conference (UK), as well as updates from KISC and the European Scout Foundation. The session will conclude with the Bronze Wolf Award Ceremony, followed by the announcement of results.

This final session of the Joint Conference features the announcement of the new host for Roverway 2028 and a presentation from the newly selected host. Delegates will hear the outcomes of the Joint Action Plan input session and meet the new Joint Committee. The session will conclude with closing remarks and the official closing of the Joint Conference.

This final plenary includes additional voting time on the Member Organizations resolutions and amendments, a farewell speech from the outgoing Chairperson, the handover to the new European Scout Committee, and an address from the newly elected Chairperson. The session concludes with the symbolic handover from the current to the next hosts of the Conference.
The Closing Ceremony promises to be a fitting finale to the Conference, as we reflect on the journey together, celebrate milestones, and say our fond goodbyes.
