International Evening

We look forward to your country presentations and contributions in a special indoor and outdoor venue located in one of Vienna’s most charming streets – the Servitenviertel. Here are a few important details:

• The location will be open from 5 pm on the day, so you can arrive early to start preparing.
• To help you get there and back, we’ll provide suggested public transport routes (tram and underground) at the start of the event. The venue is about 30 minutes by public transport from the hotel.
• There are limited shopping options along the way – we’ll let you know where you can pick up last-minute items.
• Each association will have access to a table in an indoor booth of approximately. 1 m² for your presentation.
• Please note that no power connections are available for presentations – make sure to fully charge any devices in advance.
• We’ll provide a limited supply of toothpicks, napkins, cardboard plates, and shot glasses, but no additional kitchen equipment is available.
• To support sustainability, please avoid using disposable plastic tableware.
• Unfortunately, there will be no refrigeration available for food before the event.
• Open fires (for barbecuing, cooking, or decoration) are not permitted.
• For dinner, we’ll serve a typical Austrian “Heurigenplatte” with meat and vegetarian options, along with traditional drinks to complement your food contributions.
• Vienna’s drinking water is among the best in Europe – available everywhere. Bring your refillable water bottle! Looking forward to seeing you soon!
