Vienna Evening

A night of discovery, delight – and a dash of Strauss!

Join us for a playful evening journey through Vienna: Explore the heart of the city centre in small groups, solve a mystery, and enjoy a taste of local culture along the way.

Vienna’s most famous son, Johann Strauss, is restless. Despite turning 200 this year, he refuses to retire unless you help him rediscover what makes Vienna so unforgettable. Follow the clues, meet historical characters, and bring harmony back to his waltz. How it works:

• Before the evening event, you’ll form groups of 8 to 10 people. Together, you’ll complete the route on foot and using Vienna’s excellent public transport.
• Please consider less mobile participants when forming your group.
• The route is self-guided and includes stations with small tasks, friendly helpers, and Viennese surprises.
• All groups will reunite for a special surprise at Vienna’s most iconic location – Stephansplatz. Let’s just say: it’ll be worth staying until the end.
• Dinner and dessert are included – no need to bring snacks, but please bring your refillable water bottle! Vienna has some of the world’s best drinking water – straight from the Alps and available for free at fountains throughout the city. Stay hydrated and sustainable!
