Join us for a vibrant and inspiring start to the European Scout Conference with the Opening Ceremony and the international evening! This special evening will celebrate the unity and diversity of our Scout Movement across Europe through music, culture, and shared traditions. It’s a moment to officially open the Conference in true Scout spirit, connect with participants from all corners of the Region, and enjoy an evening full of colour, energy, and friendship.
This session will formally open the 18th Guide and Scout Conference with an address by the Chairpersons of the WOSM and WAGGGS European Committees. Then, we will report on the Joint Action Plan and the work of the joint teams, followed by a question-and-answer session.
The session will end with an introduction to the proposed Joint Action Plan for 2025-2028 and the guidelines for meeting the candidates later in the day.

This final session of the Joint Conference features the announcement of the new host for Roverway 2028 and a presentation from the newly selected host. Delegates will hear the outcomes of the Joint Action Plan input session and meet the new Joint Committee. The session will conclude with closing remarks and the official closing of the Joint Conference.
